Characteristics of product
1.High purity gas can be supplied at low cost
2.The smallest and the lightest product is achieved in the industry (both capacity and

5.The second type pressure container of High Pressure Gas Control Act is not applicable
6.Installation region is not limited because automatic frequency switching function of 50 Hz/ 60 Hz is

7.Operation conditions of the apparatus can be confirmed by the operation panel at the front of the apparatus
8.Only by pressing operation/stop button, nitrogen gas is automatically generated. Operation/stop is possible by a remote signal.
